The New Mexico NENA Chapter is proud to host the 2024 NM NENA State Conference April 2-5, 2024 at the Buffalo Thunder Resort in Santa Fe, NM. 

 

This Call For Papers invites NENA/APCO members, 911 Professionals, GIS Professionals, Emergency Management Personnel, Industry Partners, and Educators to submit a written proposal for an educational presentation or panel discussion at the 2024 conference. 

 

We are looking for high quality classes that will fill a 4 or 8 hour session for Telecommunicator, Supervisor/Manager and GIS Tracks. 

 

Please include the following information in your proposal: 

  • Course description of your submission should be no more than 100 words describing what is most interesting and/or important in your session, the target audience and how it relates to the target audience. 

  • Learning Objectives and Lesson Plans

  • Speaker(s) Biography

  • Headshot of each speaker presenting

  • Quote (Total Cost of all travel expenses and Course Costs) (**Presenter is responsible for making and handling all lodging and travel reservations)

**All courses must receive accreditation through the New Mexico Department of Public Safety prior to the conference and accreditation information must be provided to the board for approval.
